Raised in the Appalachian foothills of the Carolinas, Phillip Lammonds was immersed in music. As a boy, he listened to his father sing gospel songs on his grandfather’s Sunday morning radio show and spent hours stretched out alongside the upright piano while his aunts practiced for the Pentecostal service. Not that he just plays guitar. Lammonds is a musical virtuoso of sorts, equally gifted at playing mandolin and other stringed instruments.

He signed a publishing deal with Curb Records in Nashville and has written songs with or for artists like Darius Rucker, Lee Brice, Edwin McCain, Blake Shelton, Craig Morgan, Josh Turner and Hootie and the Blowfish, among others.

Tiffany Goss is a songwriter from Montgomery, Alabama. Known for her playful approach to writing and natural melodic sense, Tiffany never fails to draw out the best in her co-writers. Tiffany made the move to Nashville to pursue a career in the music industry landing her first job in 1997 as the receptionist at Warner Brothers Records. It was at the front desk of Warner that Tiffany found one of her biggest Champions, then CEO Jim Ed Norman. With Jim Ed’s encouragement and support, Tiffany signed her first publishing deal at EMI Music Publishing.
Over the span of her career she has had stops at Buddy Killen Publishing as a staff writer and Curb Music Publishing as both Creative Director and a staff writer. Tiffany’s songs have been recorded by artists like Brooks and Dunn, Brett Young, Clay Walker, Delta Rae, and Chris Janson. Her talents have brought her into the world of television with placements on shows like The Bachelor, Hart of Dixie, Rachel Ray, Martha Stewart, and Fox News.

Barrett Baber. It’s impossible to ignore the geographical influences that shape the sound and songs of East Arkansas Native Barrett Baber. The sounds of Memphis Blues and River Delta Soul shine in the melodies and phrases that so often punctuate the tunes he crafts. Armed with a knack for connecting with audiences during his live performances Baber and family moved to Nashville in 2016 after a top 3 finish on NBC’s The Voice. Baber quickly established himself as a rising star in the Nashville Songwriting world by scoring multiple songwriting credits including a Certified Gold single with the song “Nothing On You” recorded by Warner Artist Cody Johnson. And has since registered his second Cody Johnson cut with the song titled “God Bless The Boy”.

At 26 Channing Wilson started his first band after realizing college and working for another person was not what he wanted in life. Then, in October of 2010 Channing was approached by EMI Music Publishing after playing a Tuesday night showcase called Alabama Line. After meeting with EMI a few times he was offered his first publishing deal. "I didn't know what I had to offer such a big corporate publishing company, but when I looked on the roster and saw Guy Clark I knew I was in." It didn't take long before he was in the room with his teacher. Learning from the master himself.

Channing’s songs have been recorded by artists like Tyler Farr, Luke Combs, Jason Eady, and more. He has shared bills with so many of his heroes such as Billy Joe Shaver, Steve Earle, Robert Earl Keen, Tony Joe White, Chris Knight, Dale Watson, and many more including going out on the 2012 Country Throwdown Tour. He has just recently signed a artist/publishing agreement with Warner Chappell and Low Country Sound (Grammy award winning producer Dave Cobb)
