This is an artist's rendering of our new facility in Lenoir City.

PHASE 1: Stable (Named for STAR's largest donor to date, the Lucille S. Thompson Family Foundation), outdoor arena (Made possible by Cowan Rodgers III in memory of Cowan Rodgers, Jr.), equipment building and hay shed (Made possible by O'Charley's, Inc.). Also fencing, water lines, run-ins and pasture care (mowing, dead tree removal, seeding, and fertilizing). Construction began in September 2003. Many thanks to each of the Eagle Scouts and Girl Scouts who have completed additional facility projects.

PHASE 2: Education Center with classroom (Named for the STAR Board of Directors), Handicapped accessible bathrooms, therapy room (Made possible by Greg and Susan Sinatro), storage, apartment, Administrative Suite (Made possible by the Knights of Columbus Council #8781), Covered Entry way (Made possible by the Community Bank of Loudon County) and parking lot. Indoor arena with observation areas, storage and mounting ramp areas. We are currently taking bids on the these buildings and look forward to beginning construction in early 2006!
